TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
In this day and age, where do you find a bank where you can talk directly to the Manager or senior staff. The only one we know of is the Bank of New Zealand Australia.
Ever since a knock on our door some seven years ago by Senior Manager David Evans our business has grown from strength to strength. David was the first Bank Manager to recognise that our valuable frozen seafood stock, classed by our previous bank as 'Perishables', were not going to be lost overnight and did have value that we could use as additional security.
We appreciate the friendly relationship that we have formed with David and his competent staff including Glenn Merchant, Peter Sommerville, Jonathon Roper etc. They have provided ready assistance whenever requested and understand the requirements needed to expand profitability.

The Bank of New Zealand was introduced to us over a decade ago. Our business had developed quite quickly, since inception in 1986. Most small, privately owned businesses generally experience cash flow constraints through periods of rapid growth. We are no exception.
Our bankers at the time were solid, but lacked a business type approach.
Conversely, David Evans and his staff at BNZA seemed to have an understanding of our whole business and made a point in gaining some insight into our industry. This has proven to be of enormous benefit to both ourselves and the Bank".
When I say "The Bank" I really respect and appreciate the BNZA as one of our major suppliers. A creed, that my partner and I have always believed, is that, we will only be as good as the Suppliers we have". We feel we deal with the best suppliers in the market. Whether of not they supply us with the timber, funding or advice. The BNZA fulfills two of these criteria.
I have personally recommended the BNZA to many of our customers and timber suppliers but never will I recommend them to any of our opposition!
